D.F. Chicken Enchiladas Verdes

Chicken Enchiladas Verdes starts with roasted chicken breasts and black beans rolled in corn tortillas lightly fried in coconut oil, topped with our homemade salsa verde of tangy tomatillos and creamy Greek yogurt plus shredded cheddar jack cheese.
